enclosing your horsehair and if paying by cheque please make it payable to Mrs K. A. Stoney

A bank transfer is the preferred method of payment, but cheques can be accepted or credit card payments can be made using the secure PayPal payment system.  Please contact me for further details if you wish to use bank transfer or Paypal.

Jewellery will be sent by Special Delivery and any horsehair not used will be returned to you.

I will Email (or text) you when your order is received and again when it is despatched. For surprise Christmas/birthday gifts, please indicate your preferred method of contact.  

Price includes presentation box.  Special Delivery postage is £8.00 (package is signed for with full tracking service)   VAT is not chargeable

Jewellery can normally be made within 4 weeks. It is also often possible to make it more quickly than this if it is needed for a
special date - but please telephone me first to check.

Please order early for Christmas. Orders can only be guaranteed for Christmas delivery if received before the end of November.

Please note that I cannot alter the colour of the horsehair sent.  This particularly applies to white horsehair.  All horsehair is washed thoroughly before braiding but it is not possible to use bleach to whiten it as this would weaken and damage the horsehair.
